Your name, phone number, email address, city and the details you choose to share about your project when you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or write to the studio.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange a consultation or studio visit, and keep you informed about the work you have asked us about.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except the makers and logistics partners directly involved in your commission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are held for as long as the conversation is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it up again if you return to us.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the studio. We will act on the request promptly.
