Design story
A single oak platform, floated 4cm off the floor on a recessed plinth. Nothing else. The bed disappears and the room reads as one continuous surface.
Design philosophy
A bedroom should read as floor, light and air. Sable lowers the largest object in the room until it stops being furniture and becomes part of the architecture.
